Thomas Wildeman, LMFT

Thomas Wildeman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides compassionate, solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families. He specializes in couples and marriage counseling, men’s issues, anger, anxiety, life transitions, and grief, and works with both teenagers and adults.

Thomas believes that meaningful change happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered. His therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and practical—helping clients gain insight into their emotional experiences while also developing clear, effective tools for lasting change.

In his work with couples, Thomas primarily uses Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, two evidence-based approaches that help partners better understand one another, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. Whether couples are feeling stuck, disconnected, or facing a major life transition, Thomas works to create a safe space where honest conversations can lead to renewed trust and closeness.

When working with individuals, Thomas helps clients address concerns such as anxiety, anger, grief, and identity challenges—particularly those affecting men and their relationships. He focuses on helping clients understand their emotions, build resilience, and move toward the life and relationships they want.

Thomas and his family have lived in Tupelo since 2023 and he is committed to serving the local community with care and professionalism. He values authenticity, respect, and collaboration, and believes therapy should feel both supportive and purposeful.

If you are seeking a therapist who combines empathy with practical guidance, Thomas would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and growth.
